"Site looks genuine with replacement batteries available for a large range. I ordered a replacement for an IBM battery that appeared identical to the original on the OK Battery web site. What arrived was something completely different. To date there have been no replies to my 6 emails attempting to get the battery I ordered or a refund, even using their customer service address. Nothing! Clearly a means of duping the unwary. PayPal have accepted a "Resolution Case" and I'll hope for a result."
