I thought I would give them a chance< was I wrong!
"I saw some bad online reviews, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. I tried to order some custom pens with my info. Order placed Feb 6. I didn't get a proof to approve until I emailed them a week later asking about my order. Took them several days to reply and the proof wasn't as expected. My simple request, " Go with the red barrel instead of the black ones". Several days later I was contacted by a different CS rep, so i responded with the same info. A week later still no response. I left at least 3 emails, call the CS rep direct phone, left 2 messages and never got a call backed or picked up..
Frustrated I call the general CS line. A different rep who also could not get ROBIN MILLER cs on her phone. The Cs person said he forwarded the 5 day non response to the supervisor who was going to make sure Robin responded.
Several more days and Robin responds with the "I didn't get your email/call" I pointed out in the email thread that she was responding there were 3 different emails from me. No apologies just glosses over that fact.
Next for some unknown reason my order changes and the amount of pens I ordered was reduced, no explanation given. Couple more days I email asking for an order update and then told production would take 5-10 days.
TODAY, several more day later I get an email stating "The the pens you want are out of stock and if I wanted to change the pen color?" REALLY! Cancel my order.
There site says 3 day rush shipping. They don't tell you that custom order will take a week in production. Terrible communication via email or phone. No way to tell the status of your order (ie needs approval, pending, in production), Save yourself the headache and get pens somewhere else.
I had a mail promo all planned around Tax season. You would think 2 months head start would be enough time. This company has hurt my business as the planned promo now is not possible. Booo ! National Pens."
