Excellent Product - Great Price
"After looking at many sites and brick and mortar stores I found The Simple Stores. They had the TV stand I was looking for at a great price. I called their customer department to inquire about a measurement. The young lady did not have the information but asked me to hold while she called the manufacturer to get the info. She returned in a couple of minutes with the data I needed. GREAT customer service! The stand was shipped FedEx freight the next day and arrived within the week. The shipping carton and stand were in perfect condition. It was even better than the description on their site. So, if you are looking for a reputable company and quality furniture, you can't go wrong with The Simple Stores. Also, the stand is solid Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry) with no pressed fiberboard and it is completely assembled. Excellent Company to deal with!
"Jomashop has always been a pleasure to deal with. All of the watches I have purchased from them have been exactly what they stated in their ads. Funny Looking, But It Works!
"Somewhat large, but definitely not fragile. You won't have to baby this unit. Plenty of 120v power for a unit this size. The USB is 5volt, but I cannot find the amp rating. That would be helpful since a phone and an IPad use different amounts of current for efficient charging. All in all, it is a good value. Also VERY FAST shipping!"

"HELLO, is any one home?!! I placed an order on Oct 5. Its status was changed to pending on Oct 9.
I tried to update the order but no response. finally from the 12th to the 19th I sent numerious emails trying to cancel my order. Finally on the 20th it was canceled. The worst customer service I have experienced. Much like the camera stores in New York. Stay clear of this E store."
