"I am employed as a Manager- HR & Admin with a reputed organisation with an employee strength of more than 120. As part of my job responsibilities I had to be very rigid sometimes with the employees with the intention of maintaining time discipline, leave, etc. Some employees were reluctant to approach me for various issues as they felt I would take a negative approach. Then one of my colleagues suggested me to work on my attitude. Therefore I searched for a site that gave me proper guidance to improve on my approach towards employees.
I found this fantastic site called Educba that provided online Attitude Development Course. I went through the course that provided me appropriate tips to follow. I therefore had subsequential change within me. I began to develop leadership qualities; I used to order my employees for various jobs. Now I changed my attitude by becoming a leader which the employees respected. I am very much thankful to Educba for the course which changed my attitude and which also made me earn respect from the employees."
