"Items listed as available, credit card charged immediately. Later informed items were not available & were on back-order for a short while. Estimated date of back-order came & went---told to wait longer. I never agreed to a back order, so finally requested to cancel my order. So far, nothing. Very sorry I got involved with CopsPlus..."

"Ordered two sets of Trijicon Night Sights for Smith & Wesson handguns. Called to insure items in stock, as i had to schedule with a gunsmith for installation. Received one correct pair and one pair for an entirely different gun. Called and was told that if i needed them to send the correct item without waiting for the lengthy return process, I'd have to make an entirely new purchase (paying twice for the item until the return was processed. I did this, as I had my gun all disassembled, taking up space at the gunsmith's. When new package arrived, it contained the exact same incorrect product that I had previously sent back. Another series of lengthy calls finally revealed that the shippers had somehow changed the order numbers. I asked for expedited shipping and this was denied. Was told item would be shipped on Friday, 4/18 or possibly Thursday 4/17. On Sunday morning, the 20th, UPS tracking said only that the shipping information had been received, but that the item had not shipped. This has been a ridiculous waste of time and Optics Planet will not be on my list of future vendors when considering future purchases."
