"The website was user friendly, I was able to upload our logo and see a quick preview of it applied to the items in my cart. I was sent proofs for each item with recommended changes for best print quality, and when my corporate card didn’t go through (large order exceeded my authorized amount) the order pended until paid instead of disappearing. The customer service was remarkable via both phone and email, though chat is an option too. They helped me apply an alternative payment method to my pending order, applied a discount, corrected the quantity and color of my order before it processed, and reshipped one of my items when I wasn’t satisfied with the logo alignment. I am a co-chair for an annual conference, I will certainly recommend inkhead to future co-chairs but I’m also a small business owner and I will definitely be placing personal orders very soon."
