Poor customer service, incompetent product, misleading ads

"I ordered a sandwich and two panels. I received one panel and no sandwich board. Every time I call BuzzBanner I am put on hold then disconnected. I paid extra to have the product shipped quickly. It is now day nine and I’m still waiting on a response on if the price of $91.95 is suppose to be for two panels and a sandwich board as the website reads. A very disappointed customer."

Hi Rusty. Please accept our sincere apologies that your experience has been unsatisfactory. We have worked hard to make our website transparent and easy to follow. The order page prominently displays the option to "Add frame" which regrettably was not selected on your order. Since a lot of our customers continue to use previously-purchased hardware and order only replacement graphics, we offer as much customization as possible for each product. However, we did make a mistake in only sending you one panel instead of the two you ordered. Per your conversation with our support team, we have issued a full refund for your order. Once again, we sincerely regret that you are dissatisfied with our service and assure you that each return or refund is looked into to determine how we can improve our service delivery.
