Unbelievably Poor Service
"I now realize that I did the wrong thing trusting Pajamagram to do what they advertise. I asked them to deliver a gift to me at a hotel on an expedited basis for which I was happy to pay their charge of $30.00. Needless to say it did not ship on time as promised in their advertising and then when I called them, waiting a ridiculous amount of time on hold, they told me it would ship overnight that day. Needless to say, it did not ship until the following day, the day I was checking out of the hotel and flying out. It arrived after I had left. It was gift for a very special person and she drove back to the hotel to pick it up--embarrassing to say the least. They never actually did what they said they we going do or what is clearly in their advertising. In the end they refunded the shipping charge, but I did not get the feeling they really wanted to address their shipping problems. I will never order from them again, there are other reliable operations out there"
