"I placed an Order for Boots, I had not been able to try them on in any local retailer, So I downloaded a guide from rocky (the maker of the boots I ordered) to get a proper fit. Wrong the boots where not the right size. Now i know that none of this is Patriot surplus fault, But I called to return them for the right size and it took them 5 days to get me a "RMA #" to send them back to Rocky, Well after sending them back to Rocky 10 days after mailing the boots back, Patriot still has not received credit from Rocky to mail out the correct size boots. I have said all that to say! Patriot needs a better return system, from date of order to wearing boots will be well over 8 weeks and even with a return I have never waited that long for purchases. Update Now I have waited 30 days still no boots!"
