Let down by different staff
"Initially I was so extremely pleased with Auto Tire. They were professional, courteous and competent. This was 3-4 moths ago the best that I can remember. I have not seen these particular since. Now I cannot get the courtesy of a return phone call for a "ballpark" estimate after almost a week. The person failed to keep his word and was unhelpful at best; rude and arrogant at worst. I no longer feel safe having them work on my car. If only I knew the names of the first set of staff I met. I do not, unfortunately. The other "different" workers seem more apathetic and do not care about your problems."
