"Order computer case from Corsair's web site that showed a model number of 275R, with images. This particular case is the model that we have used many times for our builds, and we usually order from Amazon or a like supplier. This time Amazon was out of the 275R and Amazon directed to Corsair's web site for purchase. We ordered two of the 275R cases and when they arrived they were not the same as we have always received from Amazon, with the same part number of 275R. These cases were missing parts! Contacted Corsair and after going through all the hoops they informed me that they could not provide the missing parts, and that yes they were offer two different cases, one stripped down, and one with everything as expected, with the same model number of 275R. The only way a consumer would know there was a difference is if you were to scrutinize by blowing up the images they offer and just happen to notice that the case did not show that part in the case.
Will not be ordering from Corsair again if this is how they run their product offerings...

"Ordered E85-00913 which is an OEM 3-Pack of Microsoft Windows XP Professional. I have ordered this 3 pack from other online merchants and it always arrives boxed and sealed right from Microsoft and also includes a Windows XP OEM pre-installation kit CD.
My order invoice and email notification both show I ordered 2 each of E85-00913 and what arrived was "six" copies of Windows XP Professional loose packed in a shipping envelope. Called them and they offered the possibility of return and were very argumentative in nature, when all I wanted to know was why did I not get the boxed sets as ordered. Their web page still shows the availability of the three packed version."
"Ordered WSFTP PRO 2006 with a one year service agreement and only received "the one year service agreement". Cost me $7.75 to receive a large bubble wrap envelope with a single sheet of paper in it.
I called the service number, was given an RMA 4113068 and I mailed back the "one year service agreement" After several calls to ***-***-**** Ext 4468 Racheal, was told that although I mailed this item to 4725 E. Shelby Dr. Memphis, TN 38118, it was in Torrence CA and was being shipped back for processing, and might be weeks before processed. Racheal informed me that I would receive full purchase price since it was a shipping error. I Finally contacted American Express Business Service on 3/15/06 and received refund of $42.03 on 3/22/06. $8.15 short of the original cost. I suspect restocking fee for the peice of paper!
I have moved this vendor to my never purchase from again file.
