Unreachable Customer Service
"I have been trying to get in contact with a customer service representative for an order (IN WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ) I have attempted via phone (1 hr wait mind you) and email (which they have 12-16 days to respond to you, UNHEARD of in a professional setting, right?. I will NEVER order from here again and yet to have my issues resolved. Pretty sure I’m just gonna have to take this loss of money and/or shoes. Please read reviews, as I wish I had there is an average of 1.48 for a reason, DO NOT SHOP!!!!"
