"Impression kit arrived quickly and was fairly easy to understand, but the instructions included were only about 4/5 of what was needed. Important information such as what to do the the "smile stretcher" and the random paper with my name and address on it (like it was a shipping label for going to my house) was left off of the printed materials. Had to go online to get instructions about the smile stretcher, and didn't realize the shipping label went on the box of completed impressions until customer service reached out. Why not just put it all on the instruction sheet included?
That aside, the experience has been great so far. I love that they check on me pretty regularly via text, and have been very responsive to any questions I've had."
