"I've been with Comcast for over 6 years. When I recently moved, I found a package online, but had a few questions. I called customer service and they convinced me to make the change on the phone. However, they were unable to honor the price I saw online until after the installation. That should have been my first clue. When I called customer solutions back after the installation (as I was instructed to), surprise, surprise, they did not honor the price. When I called to complain, the promotion package was expired. They were able to make some adjustments, but the free channels (HBO and Streampix) were unavailable. They would not honor any of their promises. Classic bait and switch. I'm now stuck in a two year contract."

"Worst experience ever! I ordered the new ThinkPad 8 on 1/30/14 that was announced at CES for my husband. However, it's now almost a month later and it still hasn't been released. I keep checking the ship date and it started out at 3/7/14, then moved to 2/28/14 and now it says 12/30/14 with an expected arrival on 1/7/2015! Is this for real? I can't imagine who would wait that long. Did I order the ThinkPad 9? I contacted Lenovo customer service and they told me that there is an issued with getting parts and they my item will ship a lot quicker than 12/30/14 (it's just a "placeholder" until they can have more solid dates). Meanwhile, Lenovo.com is still taking orders for the ThinkPad 8 with an estimated ship date of 3/14/14. UPDATE 4/4/14 Still no order... since then, they've CANCELLED my original order and replaced it on 3/6/14. Apparently, there was a snafu with the hard drives and all the orders were delayed. However, I read some reviews on Lenevo.com and people who ordered in March already received their ThinkPad 8s! My ship date was set to 4/7/14 for weeks now and I called on Monday (3/31) to confirm the date. She confirmed 4/6 (a day earlier). It's now 4/4 and the ship date has moved to 4/25...3 MORE weeks. I called yet again and I asked if there was anything they could do. The rep Gerard said "No." That's it - just a simple "No." He did say that he was 75% sure the order will ship on the 25th."

"I bought a couple of gifts online and knowing the size and color my sister wanted made the process very easy. I know that their sizing runs a little small, so if you haven't shopped with them before, I suggest trying things on at the store first as their normal return policy is 2 weeks (it's extended for the holidays). Once I placed my order, I got my shipment within 2 days!"

"I purchased some items on cyber Monday for my nieces. The check out process was a little annoying because the availability of products wasn't up to date. As soon as I entered in all my CC details and was ready for check out, the cart would error out saying I would need to update my quantities. I did that about 3 times, each time having to re-enter my credit card and shipping details. It took a while to ship the items out (delivered on 12/12/13)"

"My friend gifted me a subscription for a women's subscription and I was really excited to get my first box! It came fairly quickly and the samples were nice. I ended up ordering a gift subscription for my husband. It's been over a week and the box still hasn't arrived. It was shipped USPS, so it's taking quite a while."

"Update: Well, the iPad started to act up a little and the calendar caused some issues syncing from Outlook. He tried removing all his email accounts / calendars, but nothing worked. My fiance had to do a hard reset to fix the problem. ----- I ordered an iPad for my fiance a couple of months ago and he is still extremely happy with it! I was very pleased with the timely delivery from LJ Distributor (the order was fulfilled by Amazon)."

"I LOVE shopping at Nordstrom (in store and online)! It's SUPER easy and they have the best return policy. I bought ten (10) bridesmaids dresses online, shipped two sizes to each of my 5 bridesmaids so they can choose their size. Returning the unwanted size was so convenient! Also, the dresses went on sale, so I was able to get a price adjustment on all the dresses! I would definitely recommend Nordstrom!"

"My experience with Cole Haan was absolutely fantastic! I ordered two items on Christmas eve and selected overnight shipping for Saturday delivery. I got my items in time for Christimas! The quality of the products are also very good. Additionally, I really liked how they packaged the items - everything was kept on a nice hanger and inside of a plastic sleeve. I will definitely shop there again!"
