"My laptop was overheating to the point where it would crash occasionally. J&N cleaned it out for me (fan oil, thermal paste, etc) and moved me to a solid state drive, which runs cooler.
Regarding J&N - responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. I've been there several times for small things. Once McAfee hosed my network access with an update. They figured that out for me. I work at home and they are and will be my go-to guys for laptop service and repair.
Regarding the SSD - wow. Just... wow. Lots of $$$, but it will be worth it. Who knew Outlook could be a "fast" program?
