"I ordered 2500 business cards 8/8/23 and paid extra for delivery on 8/14. The cards did not come so I looked on the website and saw my cards had not even been printed yet. I contacted customer service and was told they would let “them” know I was on a deadline. (I had a huge marketing expo on 8/23) I was also told to contact customer service when I received my cards and they would give me a discount. On 8/21, I contacted customer service again (the cards were being printed) and asked them to expedite shipping because I needed the cards by the morning of 8/23. I was told they were positive they would ship them ASAP. Well, 8/23 came and went. I had to make other arrangements with higher priced merchandise since this company did not do anything that they advertised. On 8/29, my cards arrive. 8/30, I contact customer service again explaining I was told I would receive a discount for my late order. I was given an $18 credit for my next order…what? Why would I order from these people again? I told them I no longer needed the cards so I would return them unopened for a full refund. I was told they would give no refunds for unauthorized returns and that I had been given my $18 credit, the difference in price between basic shipping and the expedited shipping fee I had paid. This is absolutely no appropriate response to an obviously poor business practice. I was not contacted/notified at any time that my order would be delayed. I was not given the option to cancel my order. The business ethics and customer service are lacking and I would never use this company again. By the way, there are tons of complaints filed with the BBB regarding this company. Stay away!"
