"I have purchased 3 computers on black friday to give on Chrismas. One didn't work. I called regarding a refund... I have spent hours waiting for someone to answer me, everyday. I was only able to reach someone over a week later. He told me he was going to send an email regarding my request... 3 weeks later, still nothing. I have attempted to join them several times. Finally, I was able to reach somebody this morning... no trace of the first email... and offers me to send an email."
