"I ordered an AIMS 2500/5000 watt inverter from them, shipping was slow but did show up between 1-2 weeks, tried checking tracking on thier link in the email they sent but never showed one until after we recieved the unit after opening the box I discovered that the Inverter was not new it was either a return or used as the mounting hole were all scrathed and cut with some bends in them from were the inverter had been previously mounted to something, but I tried it out any how figurring that it was probabally a return and they probabally tested it before shipping, but the unit would not even power one SMALL light it was fried, and it burned the two things I plugged into it out. after emailing them imediately (same day I recieved it) for a RMA number to return I have never gotten a response and have called their number several times but they dont answer and the voice mail is full, and this is the same number you are suppossed to get "Full Support" from to "Assist you in every step of the instalation procces" or so they claim.
