First they overcharged me. I am still awaiting the refund.
The 5 day order, per web site... is going on 6 weeks... still not here.
The free promotion of sun glass lens is bait and switch. Their web site said Oakley's were included. Then when I called, they said no but offered me a 20% discount.
Five emails over two weeks, unanswered. Very poor service."
"Complete Hose Job!
I had to return a memory chip because I ordered the wrong one. The replacement was cheaper than the origonal and contrary to their web site...which says I may return until I am 100% satisfied for a full refund...they now say their policy is "store credit" and not a cash refund. It takes them a full week to respond to emails, and their online chat customer service is slow, rude, and ineffective. I went from happy customer to never again and they do not care.

I contacted the supervisor and was promptly issued a cash refund to my credit card. It was explained as a misunderstanding. I will consider using this business again in the future, but I will be more carefull about ordering the correct part in the first place."
