"Several months ago I ordered a mask. About ten days after placing the order it showed as back ordered. I never received it. Therefore I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I’m sure this company will withhold my refund as long as legally possible.
I would add nobody ever returns any correspondence and you can’t call to talk to anyone about it.
I have ordered other things from cpap direct and am very pleased with their service."
