"Ordered the Guild Wars 2 soundtrack back in October of 2013, it is now March 7th of 2014 and I still haven't received them.
I put multiple tickets to their "customer service" site and even emailed them through Paypal and disputed the charges through Paypal and still nothing. They haven't even emailed me back but they sure were fast as hell when it came to taking my money. they stole from me, plain and simple."
