Just bad, via lazy or incapable.
"I ordered one Zizo Bolt case for my alcatel OTFXL on the 14th of May, 2016.
The shipping label wasn't created for four days. It wasn't shipped for another two.
I couldn't find the order number immediately because it was only in the subject of the receipt email, and they never once responded to any of my contact over the course of 7 days since I first contacted them. I don't even use yahoo mail. Will update if merchandise reaches me."
