"I used them once before on a trip to Europe and had no issues. I just ordered another SIM to take to Europe and so far so good - was able to unlock an old T-Mobile phone and connect with my new SIM. Just be aware that there is a per call connect fee in addition to the minutes - this wasn't obvious when I signed up - however still much cheaper than taking my Verizon phone!"
