"Totally awful customer service. I ordered on 4/18 and still have not received my order (5/6). I started calling after 2 weeks. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE - EVER. I sent email to the address on their contact page -NO RESPONSE. I was about to report Keily's to Paypal as possibly being out of business and found a different email address on the PayPal site. I finally got a response that one item on my order was back ordered. The other item is apparently not back ordered, but I have not received it."
