EXCELLENT Customer service!!
"Ordered a personalized anniversary gift - UPS ‘damaged’ it en route and didn’t bother to tell personalcreations.com, but notified me! I called and they rushed a reorder (at no charge to me) and it was there only 2.5 days after my phone call to the company. (Only 2 days late after anniversary, not bad). They loved the gift when it arrived, too! Highly recommend this company!"
