They provided a pre-rinted return label, but I didn't notice there wasn't a tracking number on the label, so I was unable to track the package. If you use their label be sure to check for a tracking number, or purchase tracking at the post office. It usually takes about 7 days for a package to be delivered by USPS, so more than enough time to process a refund. I don't know why they have a problem processing refunds. I did pay for my purchase through Paypal, which has a purchase guarantee for buyers/sellers. I was able to submit a claim for missing refund, and a charge back to ShoeMall by Paypal since the company never responded to Paypal's inquiries."
