"Disappointed with the charges for online shipping charges. Ordered a crepe blouse, charged $8.98 for shipping and had to return it at my cost for another $7.98. No option to return it to a retail store either to cut costs. Ridiculous in this day and age to have charges both ways. It does not pay to order through the net - will not do so again - ever, regardless of the % off."
