Tells you order shipped then cancels it!!!
"I ordered several items on their website. I was supposed to receive free shipping since the amount was over $99, but they charged me $12 for shipping anyway. WTF??? I received an email with a tracking number saying the items were shipped. The next day, I receive an email that "we received your return" and they credited me back the money. Nobody could explain what happened.
The promises of return calls from the customer service associate and "manager/supervisor" that said they were checking into the issue of course were all lies. Most unprofessionally run store ever. Stay away!!!"

"This website is the worst website on the Internet. I purchased a pair of defective shoes, and they refused to return them. Unbelievable. Buyer beware!!!!"
