"Disappointed at this reseller! Listed a product as "IN STOCK" and offered FREE SHIPPING, but for additional $$ funds they would expedite your purchase.
Being I needed it for a gift, I paid for the faster service. Did not get any contact from them stating the product was out of stock. Contacted them three days after making the purchase to see if it had shipped, mind you paid for 2nd Day Expedited service, only to find our they did not have the product and what would I like to do??
In their communication, they made it seem as if I was being unreasonable. Definitely won't be shopping at their site again. Then retailer like this wonder why Amazon and B&H Photo keep getting bigger and stronger online?!?!?"
