"The box my order was delivered in was cobbled together and not stable enough to protect the contents. Some packaging was punctured, but the contents seemed fine. Also, I was sent an engine oil filter instead of a cabin air filter. The latter issue was resolved by calling the dealer and going to their parts department. Good thing it was a regularly stocked item, or I would likely have been waiting another 5 days. Still, I paid for shipping, but had to drive to the dealership anyway. Picking up at the dealer would be a nice option, to avoid such issues."
