Order of canned dog food
"Ordered 3 cases which is 36 cans of evangers canned dog food. 7 was almost smashed flat and 6 was badly dented. I had to take pictures and call 3 times and wait a week before this was taken care of. I received 12 cans but 13 was ruined and it is not cheap food. I will never order off of pet care rx again. Other online pet supply dealers do not hesitate to replace or refund and never ask for pictures. It was like going to small claims court for 13 cans of dog food. Ridiculous!!!"
