"The chain on the necklace ordered came completely tangled and I'm not sure if that's why the quality of said chain seemed inferior after it was untangled or if the chain was simply inferior. It looks twisted and discolored in spots. Plus one cannot simply return the item; a process if requesting the right to return it must be followed. I will not order from this company again."
