"Great transaction. Purchased 100 generic dvd-r's at about $.65 a piece including shipping - well under any price I could find elsewhere. Shipping was fast, and they provided a tracking number as soon as it was available. I've only had one dealing with this reseller, but based on this, I'd gladly buy from them again."

"THE MOST DISGUSTING ONLINE RETAILER WITH WHICH I HAVE DONE BUSINESS! Ordered an athlon 2100xp mb/cpu combo. Website said the item was in stock. The next day they call to offer an 'upgrade' because the item is out of stock. I tell them I'll wait for backorder. Then I read resellerratings.com and decide I want nothing to do with these people. They are impossible to get a hold of (no email and phone is always busy.) Finally I call their parent company and get a fax number: ***-***-****. I also emailed the CEO: ****@****. Finally, by calling at 8am I am able to get a hold of someone. I am then informed that the item is not backordered and in fact was ready to ship today. They charge me a 5% cancellation fee, and the best part of the whole thing..... The guy who told me it was never backordered was the same guy who offered me an upgrade! Needless to say, I'm glad to be finished with my transaction with this company. Here is contact info for anyone else who has problems (I got this from the internet whois database:)
