"I ordered a pair of monitors from Weareelectricals despite the bad reviews that they have on many online review sites. I had called them and spoke to customer services and was assured that despatch would be swift e.t.c. I went ahead and ordered online using their pay by bank transfer to make things a bit cheaper.
Two days past and they said that they had not received the order so I checked with my bank and was told that the payment had left the account at the time of the order but could take a couple of days for the faster payment as it was my first transfer to that particular account. I called WeAreElectricals as I needed the units ASAP. They offered to return the money to my account as soon as the money arrives in their account so I could go and buy elsewhere in the knowledge that I wouldn't have 4 monitors by the end of the week. I thought that reasonable. I decided to wait.
The day the payment went through they called me to ask if I'd rather have the money refunded or the order continued. I took the units on next day delivery and they arrived the following day no problem. I was surprisingly impressed by this as I understand that they have a frightful online record. I don't know if I was lucky or if they have bucked up their ideas since all the complaints I have read but they are pretty decent. The bank transfer thing is a little strange but it does work in the end, they are cheap and seemingly decent."
