"My order was shipped promptly and packaged well, however, was missing 8 pieces of a specific item. David Stearns from the sales Dept responded right away and looked into the problem. As it turns out, the item was out of stock, but David kept working towards a solution that would work for my needs. He responded in an efficient and diligent manner to see that I was a happy customer. Every company should have someone like him on their team."
