"Ordered TWO Celtic crosses January 15, 2019 that I needed by the first of February for a table decoration at a Mardi Gras ball. After 10 days I had no confirmation of the order other than an email stating my credit card had been charged pretty much right when I ordered. Even checking the website link in that email it was never updated to “shipped.” This company did not respond to any emails about updating the status nor would anyone answer the phone during “business hours”. Had to call the bank to dispute the charge as non-delivery, which I told this company I would do by a certain time if I didn’t hear back. I was finally contacted by email (two days following contacting my bank) with an “I don’t know what happened to the order” response. The next day I received one of the crosses, not two as ordered and charged. The packing slip even said “two” when I only received one. Attempts to contact this company regarding the partial shipment and whether I could get the second cross before I needed it were met with the same silence as before. This is not good customer service and I am currently having to deal with how to handle a partial shipment of goods with the bank. I will not deal with this company again and it doesn’t bode well for Yahoo! in general."
