"Ordered merchandise 7/23/11. Received email claiming product shipped 8/4/11. Emailed them on multiple occasions and still no product as of today and no offer by them to ship a replacement
Edit: I was contacted by the company via email on 9/8 as a result of my review. I was told they would ship a replacement. I finally received my product 9/14. While I now consider the matter closed I am a little disappointed that their response to my review centered totally on FREE. They were the ones who offered the product at no charge and accepted my order accordingly. Yet for some still unknown reason it took my review & nearly (2) months to fulfill."
