Don’t expect to get what you asked for
"I placed an order on 11/16 to be delivered on 11/25 - they had ample time and promised ON or BEFORE 11/25 delivery. It was a gift! They contacted me the day after 11/25 on THANKSGIVING DAY saying ooops were sorry... why the heck didn’t you contact me earlier, could have made a substitute. Very poor customer service- don’t order from them. It’s not the first time they did this to me."
