"I ordered my Christmas Eve ham on December 13th and paid for expedited delivery. Ham was to be delivered on December 19th. Ham never showed. I called on the 20th and was told it will be delivered. I called back on the 21st and was told that it was out of stock. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said there was nothing he could do and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I flipped out and he hung up on me. I called back and another supervisor tried to get it overnighted but it arrived on Christmas Eve at 4pm frozen. I had to go buy another ham at a supermarket. Now I have a $75 ham in my freezer"
