"Bought the battery replacement plan for my 1st generation ipod mini. I've replaced batteries on my old 2nd generation ipod (I call it the iBrick), but the mini is a royal PITA to replace.
They charged $40 for that in addition to the $30 I paid for the battery.
They sent me a nice box with instructions to put my ipod in.
I got the ipod back in two days. Battery life is great! Previously, my ipod mini could only hold a charge for about two hours before, now it holds for around eight."

"I ordered batteries for my hp ipaq 3800 and 5450 pocketpc pdas. I searched a few other sites but they had the best prices. They immediately shipped priority mail through USPS, and notified me through email. Batteries work great although the warning sticker on the back of the 5450 battery is tough to remove.
My only small gripe is that they don't ship the special torx screwdriver needed to open the 3800 case."

"Ordered a Firewire800 Harddrive Enclosure for about $95.
Took about four days from when I ordered till I got the confirmation email. So this was a little slow compared to newegg.
However, they emailed me back within 24hrs everytime I emailed them.
It was boxed fine. No complaints here.
BTW, they shipped APO which is always good for us overseas people."

"Ordered two blacks, and a set of color ink for my Epson CX5400.
The ink was 66% less than what epson was selling their ink for.
Printing is fine, but the black cartidge didn't fit as snudge as the original. However, it prints fine.
They sent an email after ordering, and I got a email confirming the order."

"I bought a Shuttle motherboard, and two sticks of their cheapest PC133 128MB RAM.
The mobo was fine, but the RAM was faulty causing the system to suddently freeze up at random times. After two weeks, we replaced the RAM with PNY from Best Buy.
By then it was too late to return the RAM to banana, so I was SOL and out of $50."

The first one they sent me started smoking so they paid me $10 to ship it back to them, and in a few days they sent me a brand new one.
