"Monarch Computers was an incredibly good experience for me. I preordered an AMD Athlon 3000+ Revision E chip and a DFI nForce4 Ultra-D motherboard, but needed to make changes to the order, and the representative I spoke with, Joe F, was very helpful. His e-mails were timely and polite, the company called me to confirm all of the changes, and as a plus, Joe upgraded my shipping to overnight! I really couldn't have asked for better, more personalized service. I have been a diehard newegg shopper for four years now, but I have to say that Monarch's willingness to bend over backwards has won me over. I will gladly purchase from them again!"
