"I ordered from FBM as my dad had purchased a frame there previously and been satisfied with the result. I had an odd-sized poster and getting a custom frame here was much, much cheaper than going some place like Michael's. Anyway, the short of it is that the plexiglass was cut to the correct dimensions, but the length of the individual frame pieces was off by about an inch. I called the company to let them know of the mistake and a replacement was sent immediately. It arrived and was measured perfectly to the ridiculously specific dimensions I had ordered. The quick response and turnaround, aside from the solid product, made for a satisfying experience."

"Normally I don't usually leave ResellerRating comments since my experience with most companies is rather neutral. I order something, I receive it, case closed. However, I've recently had a few good experiences with SVC that I felt warranted leaving a message.
First and foremost is their reasonable shipping - nothing I hate more than ordering $3.50 worth of goods and paying $8 for shipping. Having the option of using First Class (which came out to about $1.50 for the said purchase of $3.50) is a huge advantage in my book.
Their customer service is agreeable as well. I had an error with them where I placed an order, but after a day, I'd received no e-mail confirmation. I called to check if the order had actually ever gone through - to make a long story short, I placed a second order because I was under the impression that the first hadn't gone through. But when I got a second e-mail confirmation a few days later, I called them and the rep promptly tried to see if he could cancel the second order before it got out, and called me back almost immediately to let me know that he had indeed stopped the second order and had credited me back for the proper amount. I've dealt with some companies in the past who would've just said "too bad", let it go, and forced me to re-ship the goods back to them at my cost. This was a pleasant experience - I've ordered from SVC thrice already, and I plan to continue to do so in the future."
