"I ordered a costume and during the checkout process the site lets you pick the day that you want it to be delivered. So I picked the day which was next to a price that I would have to pay and then completed the order. Late the next day I get an email from them about shipping confirmation. I tracked the order and it now says that I will not get it until the next day because they could not ship it the way that I had requested. Apparently, it was noted on my account in their system but never communicated to me. I called them and they said that there was little that I could do unless I wanted to cancel the order. I did not feel that the rep on the phone cared at all that their error really made things bad for me. I will never order anything from them again and I hope you all never do either."
