Poor Customer Service Communications
"Although I originally gave the company one star because of poor communications about product availability (original review below), they have been very responsive and responsible in trying to address the concern. I also have never had a problem with them before the COVID-19 impact (best prices I can find and very reliable products and delivery). ORIGINAL REVIEW: I placed an order on April 8 for toner with free 1-4 business day delivery. I received this survey on April 15, but I have not received the toner. I checked the LD website to see what happened, and the order status shows that the product is back ordered -- information that LD never shared when I placed the order or since. I am now a week into using my backup printer, and still no toner."
