Thank you for your feedback, Carol. As of right now, our international customers are charged actual shipping. The final charges are calculated on the dimensions and weight of each package. We understand your frustrations and we want you to know that we are always looking for better options to provide to our customers. You can also sign up for our emails, as we offer discounts occasionally and those are available to international customers as well.
