Sent me wrong product.
"I purchased genuine VW cross bars for my new atlas.
Was sent Thule cross bars and now had to send back while waiting for them to receive to send me out the correct cross bars.
I understand mistakes are made but why not go ahead and send out the correct bars instead of having me wait even longer for the wrong ones to arrive back to you before sending me the correct ones?"
