He answered all emails same day and always had clear, concise information ready regarding his products and the purchase details. The scooter came in perfect condition, delivery guy gate lifted it right into my driveway, and it started right up after following the simple instructions from the website. The MCO came within days of the delivery as promised. I could not be any more pleased with this purchase and will definitely order from them again!"
