"I ordered a pair of boots for my husband for Christmas on December 9th with a delivery time of 5 to 7 days. I waited and called never getting a answer to my phone call. I left a message and finally got an email saying they credited my account on December 20th. At that point what are you supposed to do for Christmas. I am very unhappy with the customer service. They should have told me alot earlier that they couldn't fill my order, without my persistent calling to find out what was happening."
