"We purchased a set of flatware, and 4 pieces had coating damage (scratches, marks, chips), so I called the customer service number on the package and left a message. Four days later I received a call back, explained the situation, and was given a list of things I needed to send them (photos of the packaging, bar code, model number, all the defective pieces, and the store receipt. That was 2 days ago. I received an email today letting me know that this set was sold under a separate company under Oneida's brand, and I would need to contact them (and start all over again). I will probably pack everything up, return it to the store, and purchase a different brand. LAST time I EVER purchase Oneida anything."
