"Appalling!!!! Brought a microwave, it was damaged, was send a second, it was damaged worse than the first... Was apparently given a refund 11 Dec 2014..., still awaiting the money so that I can actually buy a working microwave... Been without one all over Christmas because of this..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"
